A: No, Titan Isles is a new IP.

Q: Which Meta Quest devices will be supported?
A: Meta Quest 2, Pro, 3 and 3S are supported at launch.

Q: Will Titan Isles receive updates, DLC or evolving content?
A: We are not currently sharing any post-release plans for Titan isles.

Q: Will Titan Isles come to any other VR platforms?
A: Right now we are committed to the Meta Quest, SteamVR and PlayStation VR2 platforms. We would love to support all major VR platforms, however as a small team there are technical and logistical hurdles preventing us from committing to additional platforms at this time.

Q: What size is the team at Psytec Games?
A: Psytec Games is comprised of a micro team and a small set of contractors.

Q: Is multiplayer strictly 4-players?
A: Multiplayer in Titan Isles can support a party size of 2, 3 or 4 players. Single player is also available.

Q: Does multiplayer support cross-play?
A: Yes, co-op multiplayer in Titan Isles will support cross-play between PlayStation, SteamVR and Meta Quest at launch. Additional platforms will be considered as we develop the game for other systems.

Q: How many Exo Suits are available in the game?
A: There are 4 Exo Suits to choose from in Titan isles; Storm, Hunter, Goliath and Blink suits.

Q: What do these Exo Suits do?
A: Each Exo Suit provides 1 weapon and 1 traversal method unique to said Suit. Here is the breakdown of the suit abilities when fully upgraded:

Storm: Hand Jets, Jetpack. Plasma Pistols & Longstrike Rifle
Hunter: Grappling Hooks, Bow & Arrow
Goliath: Hand Burst Jets, Kyros Cannon (explosive liquid) & Shield
Blink: Triple-Jump, Phase-Dash & Viper Bolt (projectile)

Q: Can you mix and match the traversal equipment and weapons across Suits?
A: No, each Exo Suit contains its own weapon and traversal method and cannot be switched with another.

Q: Can multiple players in the same party equip the same Exo Suit?
A: Yes, players can equip any Exo Suit regardless of the Suit another player in the party has equipped.

Q: Can I upgrade my gear?

A: Absolutely. By completing missions and collecting Upgrade Chips, you can enhance your suit’s fuel capacity, weapon damage, and specialized abilities. Each suit has roughly 15 unique upgrades to unlock.

Q: What differences are there between the Quest and PCVR Version?

A: Primarily you have graphics options on the PCVR version to allow higher fidelity textures, further draw distances, higher FPS and Realtime Shadows.

Q: What differences are there between the Quest and PSVR2 Version?

A: Apart from platform specific features such as Adaptive Triggers & Headset Haptics, the Playstation version has been optimised for the hardware with higher fidelity textures, custom shader support, further draw distances, higher FPS (90 native on PS5 and 120 native on PS5 Pro) and Realtime Shadows.

Q: Is there an "End Game" or New Game+?

A: Yes. After finishing the main story, you can access New Game+ to replay the campaign with increased difficulty. There are also Leaderboard races (3 Types) and there is also an end-game loop where you can continue searching for the 100 hidden relics and 32 secret areas scattered across the Isles.

Q: I get motion sick in VR; can I still play?

A: Titan Isles is an "Intense" locomotion game, but it includes several comfort features. You can enable vignettes, choose between snap or smooth turning, and adjust movement based on your head or hand direction.

 

Q: Does the game support seated play?

A: Yes, you can choose between Sitting, Standing, or Room Scale modes in the settings menu.

Q: Are there different body view options?

A: Yes. You can customize your "self-view" to show just your hands, hands and arms, upper body, or a full-body avatar.

Q: What is the "Competitive Racing" mode?

A: Outside of the main combat missions, you can participate in racing minigames. These test your mastery of Exo Suit movement on specialized tracks with global leaderboards.

Q: How do I find collectibles?

A: Exploration is rewarded! Look for hidden targets to shoot, wooden boxes to break for currency, and secret rooms tucked away in the floating ruins.
